Who Can Use

The product can be used by adults suffering from hemorrhoids and anal fissure problems.

Pregnancy :

There is insufficient data on the use of MemeThol in pregnant women.

Memethol is only recommended for use in pregnancy when benefit outweighs risk  (unless there is no other treatment option) or should only be used with a doctor’s recommendation.

Lactation:

There is insufficient data on the use of MemeThol during lactation period. In Lactating mothers, MemeThol should only be used with the advice of the doctor.

Indications

• MemeThol resolves the most common symptoms of hemorrhoids such as pain and itching by a non-pharmacological way.
• During treatment, it is expected that the hemorrhoids swelling will shrink from day to day.
• MemeThol protects the irritated anal area against microorganisms by creating a mechanical barrier at the outermost layer of the skin.
• Barrier layer formation allows the product to remain in contact with the anal area for a longer time.
• The pH of the product is compatible with the anal area.
• With the use of MemeThol, it is targeted to eliminate pain, itching, swelling and bleeding who has hemorrhoids and anal fissure problems and it helps to return to their healthy lifestyle.

Usage

1. Before starting to use MemeThol, all medicines, ointments, sprays, etc used for hemorrhoids should be discontinued. The use of MemeThol should be started at least 24 hours after discontinuing, and no other products should be applied to the anal area during the complete treatment.
2. Ensure that the anal area is clean and dry before using the product.
3. Remove the bottle from the box and SHAKE the bottle for at least 5-10 seconds.
4. To apply the product, take a position to be able to exactly spray at the anal area.
5. By turning the nozzle on top of the bottle upwards, and ensuring to spray exactly on the anal area, spray 8 times. Prevent contact with the genital area. (MemeThol must be used in a way closest to the diseased area at anal region.)
6. After spraying, it is advisable to wait for 1-2 minutes in the sitting position, so that the product does not flow and does not reach the genital area.
7. After waiting 1-2 minutes, you can wear your underwear.

Frequency of application

• Use the product once a day. (1×8 Spray)
• Apply MemeThol every day (Posology: 1×8 Spray once every 24 hours) without interruption. If stopped for a day, symptomatic treatment may not give desired results.
• Even if your complaints disappear before the product finishes, continue to use the product once a day until the bottle finishes.
• The use of 1 bottle of MemeThol will usually suffice for 1st and 2nd stage hemorrhoids patients.
• 3rd and 4th stage hemorrhoids and anal fissure patients should use 2 bottles of MemeThol. (There should not be a day interval between the using of 2 bottles.)
• After the use of 1 bottle of the 1st and 2nd stage patients and 2 bottles of the 3rd and 4th stage patients, the process of healing in the area continues for 20-30 days. The result can be seen after this time is completed. After this period is completed, if required; 1st and 2nd stage patients may use 2nd bottle, 3rd and 4th stage patients may use 3rd bottle.
